Kayren has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning over several different positions. Her background provides a unique perspective and allows her to handle your transactions more efficiently. Kayren began her real estate career after studying to be a real estate paralegal at Antioch School of Law. Over the course of 10 years, she held various operational positions, including real estate title closer, loan originator and mortgage underwriter. For the past 10 years, Kayren has been representing clients directly. She is an Associate Broker and holds SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) and RCC (Residential Construction Certified) certifications. Kayren provides services that are second to none. She strongly believes that real estate should be a win/win situation, whereby buyers and sellers both close the deal they want. Her service philosophy and sweeping experience have awarded her many customer referrals and recommendations. About 70% of her business comes from repeat customers and their family and friends.

In giving back to the real estate community, Kayren has taken a volunteer position with H.O.P.E. (Housing Options Planning Enterprises), a non-profit organization, as a Housing Counsler.  In that position, she loss mitigation and negotiates with mortgage companies and bank in mortgage workouts to assist homeowners that are in financial difficulties to stay in there homes.
